My long tenure in retail has come to an end. It's disheartening to see the company I once admired deteriorate. The current leadership structure, from directors upwards, lacks the necessary expertise and is plagued by cronyism. This has resulted in a significant drop in sales rep morale due to inadequate compensation, poor management, and unrealistic goals. I wish everyone the best, but I had to recognize the company's decline and move on.

I did the same thing a few months ago, better pay and less stress at the new job. Good luck
Don’t let the jealous trolls get to you. You say you have been here a long time, then you have put up with a lot of BS and made it through. You beat them. Congratulations! Don’t look back.
Bye Felecia.
Business transforms itself based on its best interests and people ability to mold to those changes. They call it evolution. Retail will disappear in the next 3-5 years. Everything will be online and on self-service basis. Those that will not follow this change will be left behind.
Good luck!
