How is everyone surviving Issues Management? I’m ready to throw in the towel! Advise please.

It's been good stuff, I've been able to spend almost a year doing a week worth of actual productive work which resolved our issues and the remaining time has been documentation, check points, blah blah blah. I've never been paid more to do less.

Yup. I feel like all these issues are the result of a poorly integrated merger. Policy deviations are not formerly documented but sent via an email. How can we fix or identify what’s inconsistent when we don’t implement a process or policy as documented. One complaint and then were told change reporting results, the way we complete assessments, or just reinvent the rules to accommodate certain teams. None of the aforementioned gets documented timely. But it’s job security. Stressful job security

Substance abuse is profound post merger. It’s how many cope with the toxicity and subsequent mental health issues. Unfortunate but true.
