Thread regarding Texas Instruments Inc. layoffs

I suspect more rifs here in Dallas soon

TI has been laying off people for the past year in small batches. I loved the Lehi team great group of people. The word here in Dallas is that they were bloated and couldn't get work the program. (Perception of Dallas HQ)

Should have been no surprise though after the come to Jesus cost blitz last year. I'm also guessing that site mgmt didn't listen to what all the Indian VPs were saying.

I suspect more rifs here in Dallas soon... This time the BUs + more support groups.

Non H1Bs are on top of the list. So many recent hires are H1b but they are not for RIF
