Outsourcing all sales to call centers in India and AI. There will be a screen on wheels with the Indian associates's face on video that rolls around the floor helping people. There will only be one human assigned to each store. All questions will be answered with AI responses.

I have 3 trains of thought on this. First if it is customer impacting then it has to be something like 5g everywhere and our own streaming TV service or something like get the new iPhone every year Second it may be some major partnership like Amazon or something else big. Third if it’s mainly an internal thing I think stores will start taking Telesales calls and/or customer service calls (hopefully not) Basically if you have downtime you should be taking calls.
Why would we have come out with WiFi backup a month ago if we were just going to make it available everywhere now. Doesn’t make sense. And that’s not big enough to have an all hands on deck. Unless we’re doing a TV service too and we’re offering a bundle of some sorts.
