Does 4 hours off for community service count as a day in the office for tracking purposes, similar to how 4 hours of regular PTO does?

When I worked 10 hr shifts - if it took a full day, I reported 10 hours community service. No pushback
Yes, it counts the same be it Community Service, Jury Duty, etc.
I have done several community services like habitat for humanity, etc., hoping that Wells Fargo would appreciate my support for humanitarian causes. But Wells still treated me like garbage, management constantly abused me, and they eventually laid me off. Participating in community service did not make any difference and it was not worth my time.
