recently noticed something odd in my Oracle HCM profile. In the “Business Title” section, I saw an option for “Pending Worker - Separated - No Payroll” alongside my current active title. I haven’t received any official communication about any changes to my status, and my business title still shows as active, but this other option is there.
Additionally, I’ve been facing issues accessing HCM on the local network—my access is blocked, but I’m still able to use a VPN to get in. This has made me wonder if there’s a connection between this “Pending Worker - Separated - No Payroll” option and a potential layoff or separation.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or could this be a red flag? Could this option indicate something happening in the near future, or is there another explanation?
