Can anyone suggest what would be a typical IC6 salary in OCI?
Google search says $1M (base + stock) per year. Is that true?

@fk Not true. I know someone who was hired as IC6 in OCI from AWS.
It does not matter, and seems a rumor. I just checked one for Senior Manager job posting open now and starting is ridiculously low 107,000
ORCL pay always have been one of the lowest. Any other company would pay better than this.
Why does it matter? IC6 are not hired from the street (up to IC5), they are either promoted internally, or acquired by taking over some company.
