Every week more people get axed or dragged back to the office like it’s 2019. Late nights, shifting priorities, new managers every other month, I swear, it’s exhausting. It used to feel like they at least gave a damn about us, but now it’s just cuts and rule changes on repeat.

NONE of the SURVEYS are ANONYMOUS
Read the fine print you must agree to in order to take the survey. Survey data is provided back to T .
Behind all the data, rankings and comments, are names and ATTUIDs.
Do you really think the C-suite would be denied if they wanted the details?
This is easy money.
Queue up Alice Cooper’s “Welcome To My Nightmare”.

Its really not that bad. 5x8 stinks, but I work 7 to 3 and take an hour for lunch. If you work at night for free thats on you. Make better decisions.
2019? Nah -- this is more like 1650s serfdom . . . management through fear and intimidation. The beatings will continue until scores on anonymous culture surveys improve.
Why do you stay?
2019????
No not like 2019, not like anything ever before because: we used to have enough seating for everyone and prior to 2017 we had assigned seating. We used to have plentiful parking as well. This is what makes RTO a rotten, stinking, horrible work environment
It ebbs and flows over time. Nothing has changed really except being in the office
They’d love all the manager jobs to be in India and all the union jobs to be contracted out. They don’t want badged employees that aren’t executive level.
This deserves to be repeated loudly and often.
They don’t care about any of us. They’d love all the manager jobs to be in India and all the union jobs to be contracted out. They don’t want badged employees that aren’t executive level.
It’s been like this for the last 23 years.
“I swear, it’s exhausting.”
Getting back to full time hours.
