to the "AI will fix" poster above, you're the same Humana fan posting in defense of the masters in other threads. I'm thinking you're probably super low level management- you know the kind who've spent enough time on their knees to be given a token but with no real education or intelligence to move upwards although you try so very hard to please thy master. How right am I?
