Waste of time. Last 5+ years, the feedback and engagement has been horrible. Only change I have seen is for the worse.
If prayer works, pray for stock price to recover or everyone with bad experience with Nike shoes or leadership get amnesia!

It is like the cuckoo bird nest stealing. The behavior of many in leadership team is very similar. Bring your own friends and yes-(wo)men and replace the ones who want to do the right thing.
Brood or social parasitism.
You need to outsource the real do nothings at the company. Start with brand. Agencies do all the work. We don’t need a marketing org or CMO. It’s silly. Get rid of it all. Zero creative brains.
Next product and design. Clearly not doing any good work. AI can make better stuff now. Save the money they do nothing and obviously have not for years.
We already outsourced finance. Working well. We outsource most everything else. Tech is needed to run a company these things drag it down.

Well said! MD empire is indeed a sea of mass incompetence and toxicity. The entire operation centers on power concentration and empire building. Anything else would require competency in areas other than political science :)
