When will the Middletown restack be complete? Once that is finished then the consolidation of Paramus and Bedminster can begin.

If there’s construction in Bedminster it is well hidden…not a construction worker in sight here. This is a leased building so doubt there’s a lot they can build out.
Paramus and Bedminster are leased space. AT&T not only owns building A in Middletown but they had it originally built. It sits on a SONET ring. If AT&T stays in NJ, it will be Middletown and Middletown only.
Why would Bedminster and Paramus move to Middletown? We keep hearing Bedminster is under construction so they will not return to office for 5 days until May 1st so why would they move to Middletown if under construction? Middletown has been 5 days since 3/1 and has more construction going on then Bedminster so why does Bedminster not return to 5 days until May 1st? Makes no sense but that is par for the course will all the RTO bs.

Simple, they have to cram 5 buildings worth of people and lab equipment into one. And then still have room for eventually moving other NJ locations in. That's why they don't give a sh@t if you have to sit 3 feet away from someone else who doesn't shower. That's why they had to have an "etiquette in the office" teams call this past week where they tried to explain away all the noise problems with "we all just have to get along" BS. Also somehow claimed they do weekly studies on building occupancy and claimed that in spite of everyone coming in 5x, they still were only 60% full so all those fights over no parking and no sitting space are all just figments of peoples imagination.

Real Estate deals abound. He doesn’t need to personally sign for the sales transaction but it sure is fun to be there at the closing when the proceeds are distributed to all those anonymous LLC’s. The construction going on is part of the contractually obligated improvements.
