My guess a big amount of layoffs coming, if your job can be done remotely or would be better done in-country near vendor partners, then you are in the layoff zone. They did this play book to L&D now L&C. So get your resume ready and your emergency savings built up. Big red won't tell you this, but they should... the nfl superbowl parties were a flop and a waste of money. Well instead of firing the id--ts who thought that idea was awesome, they will just save back the money lost through outsourcing/ cuts.
