Has anyone heard anything regarding these roles being eliminated or reorged?

BAT here, we keep getting told “things are changing Jan 1” but nobody will say what. About 1/2 the team has been put on plan now tho

Tons of them. All the mo--ns that think “we generate revenue so no way”; go look at your dashboard and look at how many people are not hitting plan. Over 2/3 of the organization is below 50% to plan, that is called payroll without performance. Now take a stroll through how many of those sells would of happened either way, like DevR or other “partnerships” ie…dual comp roles. Heads are gonna roll
