Advanced Materials Spinoff

Is it true what people are saying when it comes to Honeywell pensions. I retired last year and have been told once the spinoff is complete and they no longer use the Honeywell name or Hr Department they will not be paying out on Honeywell retirements any longer

You better hope that the government doesn’t cut that program

If it’s the USA and not a union multi-payer pension it’s guaranteed by the PBGC. Ask ChatGPT about it

The obligation for the pension could got to the spin-off. If you’re in the Aero pension system but work in Specialty Materials and go with the spin then it may end but the benefits to that point are yours. Ask ChatGPT about it as well as HR help line
