Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Now what? Same sh|t, different day...

Just because the CEO is out doesn't mean the toxic culture he's cultivated will change one bit.

Changing company culture is like turning an aircraft carrier. It's not a pivot. The arc is slow and wide

Eventually the C-Suite leaders will leave for two reasons. One, Frank’s influence will lessen as he inevitably messes up SSA combined with Mike wanting to be his own man, and two, most C-Suite execs kissed his a— in hopes of getting the big seat, now that there’s a new dog in town there’s no reason to stay. You gotta remember these are bunch of vain, egoistical, greedy narcissistic creatures.

Unless they want to get chased out as Mike puts his people in, they’ll sell their stocks and leave one after the other.

Plz shut the f up about the Karen’s as you clearly didn’t make enough to retire off of it or you would be laughing off into the sunset on your 40% high horse leaving this forum tf alone.

Plz get RIF’ed.

Hey 40% stock guy. We get it. You're soooooo much smarter and cooler and prettier than us all. Ooooh ahhh you made 40% woooooow we're soooooo impressed. 🙄 Us peasants are more worried about not getting fired over Sapience and just getting food on the table. Better sell tho before Trump and Musky crash the entire market. Genuinely hope you lose it all.

Your mgr has to be powerfull enough to stand up for their people…I’ve also seen people stand up for themselves and that worked too. But be prepared for people to walk..the strong ones will walk..the big picture.. what do you have to offer them?

Bringing someone from outside of Fiserv is the best way to change the culture. If it was someone internal it would have kept the culture moving in the same direction.

Let's see how things play out. The people he installed might've simply been following the leader. Let's see if the new guy gives them room to demonstrate their own leadership philosophies. Not saying anything will change, but I'm open to being pleasantly surprised.

This. This exactly. The man has hired every one of his toxic gremlins and has promoted everyone with the same ideology as him. There is only a select few VPs that want change but have to unfortunately fight against their SVPs that are meat riders. The damage is irreversible, unfortunately.
