I understood that come June 30th Frank is it regardless.

We want Frankie to get confirmed.
Lyons will be dropped, Frank continues as CEO.
Or, Fiserv will continue to buy out Frank for no reason, Lyons will take over.
But Frank getting rejected is about as likely as a Leprechaun riding a unicorn into the confirmation hearing.
If Pete Hegseth got through approval, there's no shot Frank will get denied. Only Matt Gaetz level weirdos don't make it under this current senate.
