They can probably no longer hide the losses that each large wireless business customer generates and need to consumer side for a lift. Not sure how they continually state that the business area is profitable when a free $1,200 phone is provided along with a $150 credit. The total $1,350 divided by $40 monthly access has a payback period of almost 34 months. This is without any marketing, commissions, billing costs, network costs, etc. Yet, each quarter, they somehow show this as profitable.
Shankar is finally leaving for the long planned retirement. Absolutely fantastic career unlocking shareholder value by using Windows 10 version from 2014 so AI tools can unlock end to end processes like a leader in the industry. Best CX with an NPS of gutter. Oh well.

Bigger announcements incoming... much bigger than aquisitions... Areas to be sold off and further job losses... They want to get everything out before the end of Q1 due to the soft performance during Q1 to try to keep the shareholders happy
