Please ban Miro. Lamest way to collaborate ever.

This isn’t grade school.

This is why tying exec compensation to DEI targets is flawed. Lowering standards just to create a mix of genders and backgrounds, like filling a box of colorful Crayola crayons, is not the answer to building the best in class team.

Nike strives to be world-class, but can it truly call its current leaders world-class? How can Nike achieve world-class status without world-class leaders?

A good start would be to replace the fu--ing senior leaders who led Nike into this mess.

GT, ED&AI are obvious ones. Highly impactful orgs and the impact is mostly -ve. Get rid of all orgs doing “innovation” in GT and ED&AI.

Cheaper stock means ESPP and 45+ level stock will strike low and higher returns. Zero panic. Righting the ship takes time. I hope to retire knowing I was part of the turn around and rewarded for it with the stock jump.

Will more cuts happen? Probably. Still a lot to rebalance where inflated in some areas and lean in others. All part of how companies prioritize. I doubt to the RIF extent a year ago. Need to resource the vision of the future not the past and that likely means change in pockets.

I expect it to be intentional though not just cost cutting.
