Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Afraid to speak up

Why does it seem that most are complacent with the current environment? Yes, there are exceptional leaders who care about and treat their associates like family, but those leaders are rare. Yes, some benefits like the 401 k match are very good, but I have to ask, why aren’t more people speaking up about the toxicity, bullying, harassment, nepotism, favoritism and constant threat of RIFs. We all know that many VPs and above have done bad things. In fact some know leaders that have committed questionable acts but are afraid to speak up! Here’s a thought- why not speak band together and speak out against this rather than suffer in silence? Strength in numbers!

Questionable acts should concern you if they violate the rules. I’m sure you have seen shady stuff going on

Questionable acts are none of my business unless it directly affects me. What I do care about is everything else you called out that creates this toxic sludge of environment. Power in numbers, yup lets go, start documenting.
