S-xual harassment in Pennsylvania

I am going to remain anonymous but during my time at Comcast at a smaller Pennsylvania office I witnessed a manager in his 60’s making s-xual comments and jokes towards younger female employees. Freaked me out but I didn’t say anything because I did not want to get involved or get in trouble. This was from 2012 to 2019.

A s-xual incident happened in Philadelphia back in 2021, HR was notified and the man involved was just given a warning, which he then later started se-----y harassing the girl even more but this time outside of work hours so HR couldn't do much.

Witnessed the same sh-t at ChesterBrook, Pennsylvania office during my time as a contractor from 2014-2015, thank goodness I didn’t get the full time position. Guy in the side office by the break room was a creep.

Which office was this in if you don’t mind sharing?

The company does seem to be behind the times culturally on that front. For example, in the first meeting I had with my manager and one-over after hiring on, they separately both bragged about how a female employee had taken them to HR and how they survived it. They are both short, fat guys who hate women n the workplace, especially those in leadership roles overtop them.
