Why are so many shocked and confused? Do you not see A new employees in Egypt & Philippines? CO doesn’t care about the employees or customers, only the bottom line. Outsourcing has created 10x more issues for employees and customers. Seems that this CO is purposely destroying the company for a reason because none of this makes Logical Business strategy

They’ve had ample warning and just hung around waiting for severance. They’ll have a big surprise on the open market. Hope they got their pension otherwise they’re kind of sc--wed !
