Should there be a class action lawsuit against Verizon for not disclosing the WPP option to customers?

When you’re putting together a quote you should be showing the customer their options on the screen like they trained us. Managers can’t hold you accountable for doing what you’re supposed to do. Your job to sell customer why it’s the best option. Which it usually isn’t. TEC pays you commission. WPP does not.

Is it the same guy, or does a “genius” have this idea every year?

Reps are coached by management to hide the fact that there is a lesser expensive option that also offers coverage on their phone. The cheaper option does not pay commission and has a negative impact on the store and the representative's metrics.

How does WPP differ from TMP? Does Verizon offer a comparable service at a discount but promotes the more expensive option? Ex employee.

If they could catch some of these interactions on tape then yes Verizon should get sued for not disclosing other options.

Why? No. They get a whole agreement or read telling them they can review further insurance options. They get the brochures. Online if they look at their insurance it is listed. They can make change or contact Asurion. They have no standing. Also, no excuse for someone to be lazy as a consumer
