Some posters are saying that one individual was lying about TH. Not sure why you would do that in an anonymous survey if it didn’t really happen. However, TH designs are the heart and soul of Nike. He really is sensational and changed the game of footwear design. I know I’m not alone in how disappointed and shocked I was to see his legendary name in the discovery documents. It’s such a shame.
Really disappointed & frankly sickened that they've protected/enabled TH. Bad behavior exists everywhere but how the company deals with it when it's brough to light says volumes. He's the Nike equivalent of the goose who laid the golden egg so I'm sure those conversations are sticky at the c-suite level. At the end of the day he should have been exited, however quietly/discreetly at the time.
The person who walked in on TH getting serviced said the experience “left a bad taste in her mouth”.
