Don't blame the company. You're the one letting it happen. I haven’t worked a single minute past my regular hours in years, and I’m still here. They didn’t fire me. They didn’t lay me off. And if they do, so what? There are other jobs. If you let them walk all over you and bleed you dry because you're scared of the alternative, that's on you.
