Oh the irony. Received an email from a senior manager saying HR is looking to fill roles within their Separation Services Group.
Want job security but live in the states and not in India? Get a job that does the planning for laying people off. Something tells me they'll be among the last standing. Sure they'll pay you money, it'll only cost you your soul.
So in my visit to the states last month They want to replace seasoned people with new talent? Disruptions in customer processes. What is that saying I heard in my recent travels traveling abroad, If it ain't broke don't fix it.
@ew Exactly right and they will create a new role out of nowhere with an obscene pay rate while chopping 5 worker bees in the exact same area/LOB. Makes no f’ing sense.
This company spends an amazing amount of money to get rid of people in the name of saving money. 🥴
