Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

work to rule!!

only do barely enough work to keep you on payroll
just meet RTO requirements - even if you take 2-3 hours of coffee, lunch, team building, potluck, celebrations kind of breaks.

DO NOT give this company any of your real talents. just barely get by and collect paycheck. there is no gratitude or loyalty or workforce motivation left in this company

I work 7 to 3 and take a two hour lunch. I have to get to the gym. Your health matters

You are exactly right. It’s a job. Just do enough to stay off the radar. I sometimes act like I’m interested during a conference call here and there. Been doing the same for 27 years. Easy work and off at 3pm every day. Good insurance and benefits. Let’s keep rolling.

Get real. You've always done barely enough and you really don't have much real talent. AT&T will be a much better workplace when you are gone.

I’ve been doing the bare minimum for 27 years. Still here. And happy.

Work to rule, what!
I thought that is what only Union Slugs did.

Seems like a waste of life, find a new job.

OP . I pray for your miserable soul. I was once there as a digital tech. Alcohol usage was my only outlet. But I found a new job and drink only on the weekends now. Good luck.
