My manager as affected. I'm in VBG.
Went to sleep hoping to be RIFed. Woke up and nothing. Sorry for the ones that wanted to stay. Now back to my regular schedule of pretending to work.

Posting tenure, age, ethnicity, etc... is only relevant if you know those same data points for the overall company. For example: If 75% of the company has 10+ years of service then you should expect to see more tenured people to be impacted. It's like saying "100% of my classmates are boys" but you don't mention that you go to an all boys school.

Wouldn’t it be great if everyone who was laid off today were able to share their tenure, department, gender, age and ethnicity? Do you think any patterns might emerge?
