What’s most shocking is how naive employees are about who they work for. Surprise is a convenient cover for naivety.
PMC has been one of the worst over the years. Can’t believe he’s got himself into this mess to allegedly protect his British pal TB. Both need to go.

Very insightful, especially after page 50. The complaints here about HR is well grounded irrespective of gender. It is either the boys club or girls club, nepotism drives choices and putting DEI quotas does not fix that.
Complaints on pay disparity or fair hiring and promotions are on point and gender agnostic. You can get sc--wed as a white hetero man also if you are not in the inner circle, HR will always find a way to make it work. Same with performance reviews.
Shame on HON also, nothing surprising for anyone who has worked with her.
BULLYING: Everyone Is sea red to death of T. Don't say anything contrary to what he says is the unspoken rule. Unless you are one of his "boys". And If you are not in the inner circle, you are out. HON Is most certainly close if not already In this camp. She puts people down and make comments that absolutely diminish in front of others then stands up on stage and pretends she is an advocate for women. R is one of the worst leaders and a bully. She will yell and threaten others because
somebody on their team does not agree with her. It's been witnessed by HR time and time again and nothing is done. Speaks under her breath, lies, and makes inappropriate comments. If you dare try to share a different POV to hers it will escalate so everyone knows to shut their mouth for fear of the
consequence.
How many people’s careers (men and women alike) and wellbeing this woman have destroyed is beyond count. Toxic, petty, incompetent, narcissistic and represents all that is wrong with Nikes broken culture. + she is ultimately responsible for the failed consumer direct pivot that permanently damaged this brand via creating two new competitors.
As someone who bleeds orange and who has been in the berm for 15+ years I will never forgive her for the damage she has done to the swoosh.

Here EH, solid excuse to get rid of her without you appearing like “white man rolls in to fire female leader”. HON has no merit and no tears would be shed after her (apart from the tears of therapists that take of her inner circles PTSD since you can make a living out of that)
The items in this report are downright disgusting! What an embarrassment…. Culture hasn’t changed much! Still impossible to get a promotion…. Even worse now that if you make a lateral change there is absolutely zero increase in pay! What’s the incentive?
Seeing how the last few years have played out and how management quality has tanked, it’s pretty obvious DEI quotas were the wrong answer to address these complaints.
