Back when this place was decent, the thought of losing my job felt like the end of the world. Now, it barely fazes me.
getting fired would su-k, not gonna lie. But sticking around in a toxic mess with awful pay and garbage benefits? It's not exactly a prize.

If you are so unhappy look for another job. Time is more valuable than anything and if you’re miserable, it’s just not worth it. Sometimes when you look around at what other companies are offering, then you feel better about where you are or best case scenario you find another job. Best of luck for whatever you decide!
