Are HR recruiters immune to the return to office policy? I see many of them working from different places in the country.

We are allowed to work from home weekly. just put it into workday and no issue per my boss.
And that is what makes everything frustrating.
This isn’t a title specific mandate. Just anyone/groups they want to put the sc--ws too they take it from. I’m in an office where ops is here everyday and tech is still not coming in and when they do they get a big lunch. Two different worlds in my office.
