He was a total fraud from the get-go with a BS resumé. He never smelt right to the Brits: Very inauthentic and desperate to maintain his status. Didn’t build deep relationships.

DH was all talk and knew nothing about the industry. Contributed nothing of value during his time at Nike, just a lot of hot air with no results to show.
So none of this is strategic in the sense that it will revamp sales or consumer sentiment. Comms - whatever. Strategy? Yes maybe important (though not the last few years here with the ppl leading strategy) but this is more about MF finally getting his way. He’s been foaming at the mouth to get strategy under his scope for a long time. He wants to be just like AC which sadly he won’t ever be.
