Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Please be Kind we are all suffering

I will Never understand the nastiness and anger in many of these posts. I thought this was a forum for lay off information. GE-Z guys we all work for the same company. ATT is a great company; I have made my career here. They have been generous; However, last few years are very challenging not the same company very sad to see moral is down 100000% I wish they would review employee surveys or our insights to make to a better RTO environment.

It's because this forum is super male-heavy and anonymous. That's all they need to show their true selves. Some don't even need that.

3/20 is about to be tough for many. Walk in tomorrow with compassion- it may be you or your neighbor.

I am suffering itching and swelling caused by inflammation of hemmeroids bleeding down my leg along with menstrual bl00d drippings wearing no pad or pa-ties under my short dress as I excrete fecal material on the floor with vomited taco bell.

“ Outside of T most of us are worthless”

In the words of Douglas Neidermeyer…..”You are all worthless and weak! Now drop and give me twenty!!!”

Don't trust the down votes on this post--just a small pencil individual clearing his cache...pitiful

I disagree. Nastiness is the order of the day based on our leadership's directives. I say give it to them good and hard. Don't take it personally, people are just acting according to the incentives they are presented. If we all sing Kumbaya and get along in the face of terrible leadership, we are condoning it.

Suffering? Suffering??? I don't think you know what suffering means.

It’s “morale”, for the love of God.

Not “moral”. Morals are fine.

Morale not so much.

Was (past tense) a great place to work. Now it’s a big nanny state looking for a reason to get rid of you. Fewer people doing more work for the same pay. Agree on the nastiness.

Suffering? I don't see many T employees missing any meals.

They do not care.
When it comes to employees leaving their items behind to guarantee a workspace for the next day, of course somebody is gonna knock their teeth out. They are breaking the rules and like to flaunt it. Again someone is gonna lose their teeth over this.

Agreed. The leaders are trying to pit us against each other. Don’t fall for the bait. Don’t let them win.
