All crickets in most of the sales teams I know, but what about the rest of the teams? Is everyone just waiting for the next round of layoffs?

"Is everyone just waiting for the next round of layoffs?"
KKR can't stop the decline of our installed base. The layoffs will continue during 2025.
Today more than any other time, I just wanted out. Its just wash, prince repeat and boring. There is no innovation, nobody excited about anything, nothing to look forward to other than the next job. I don't think I have ever cared this little about a job inmy life.
Stagnation is everywhere, from our customers and within our internal organizations. KKR has acquired our business unit with the worst possible economic outlook in our history. The days when our customer SysAdmins could impact our revenue growth have passed. Now most CIOs don't have the disposable budget for our legacy apps. Also zero interest in our product road map. For those of us in sales, we can guess what KKR will do next.
April is just around the corner
Just the past few weeks? its been at least 2 years for my team...
