So it was made clear from today's town hall, the next measuring metric will be based on github commits , CI/CD deployments and most likely screen keyboard/mouse recordings (if your role doesn't involve code).
You know when they bring in McKinsey these "Efficiency practices" aren't too far behind.. So expect to have your daily activity surveilled and then get put on naughty lists that you can't see..
