Sales can’t win the competition with a legacy product, disaster modernization, and a lack of innovation. Engineers, SEs, consultants, and many others are exhausted by Jared’s arrogance and lack of respect.
A true leader is needed to fix the product organization. This leader will stop the bleeding in the product organization and significantly improve the morale of the rest of the company.

Its incredible, I used to work in Microsoft too and I did not turn into a sociopath. Microsoft are parasites. Avoid them like they are Ebola. I did not have an overwhelming compulsion to eat out constantly because of it either. Unfortunately we live in a society where evil is good, the bottom is the top and JC is allowed to exist.
JC has dined out so much on the fact that he was employed by MS so much it’s nauseating. What did he actually do there.
