Not sure who all got adjustments but I feel like halfway through march is a late communication. Part of dependable compensation is realistic/attainable goals and regularity in pay. It is positive they are adjusting it and compensation is overall very fair, but there is an opportunity in transparency.
Would be nice to see more actual positive energy instead of fake “social media” posts on the latest internal communication board while constantly mired in endless pressure from above.
Trust the teams you hire to get the results… no one performs under pressure from absent leaders.
