February adjustments

Not sure who all got adjustments but I feel like halfway through march is a late communication. Part of dependable compensation is realistic/attainable goals and regularity in pay. It is positive they are adjusting it and compensation is overall very fair, but there is an opportunity in transparency.

Would be nice to see more actual positive energy instead of fake “social media” posts on the latest internal communication board while constantly mired in endless pressure from above.

Trust the teams you hire to get the results… no one performs under pressure from absent leaders.

Only upgrades were adjusted… needed 1 phone/vhi for multiplier and stayed the same but sales dollars went up 4%. I guess only upgrade sales were down to forecast not new lines. Considering 1 store in my whole territory finished above 95% to goal. Such an insult adjustment

I’m hoping what I saw wasn’t the total adjustment yet bc if it was it only made a differential of a few %…pathetic if that’s the case and still didn’t help.

Any adjustment post end of the month means quota was set too high, and they had to bring it down to ensure minimal payment requirements are met, to avoid rep mutiny.
