NA employee here also o ly got 1.8 raise, 100% on target, exceeded for bonus, but no RSU. In fact entire team only got 1.8 and no one received RSU.
1%. I think I’ll celebrate and buy an egg.
FWIW, incremental was a 1.8% bump. My bonus paid out above target, which was a surprise and cool. No new RSUs. I keep thinking I’ll get cut in the next round because I’m expensive and old. Fingers crossed the markets don’t tank (more) and I can hang it up for good.
NA budget at 1.8%
LinkedIn has an article today explaining that job hopping isn’t providing increases in salary anymore. Basically salaries in tech are stagnant, so one could assume that SAP is just adjusting to market conditions.
I got 1.8%. You might say that doesn’t even keep up with inflation, but I’m able to buy several thousand more eggs in 2025 than I was in 2024 without the raise.
what is the average bonus percentage given individually?
what is the number of RSUs given?
seems like all $ going to management this time and not revenue earners
It's what happens when you let your government gut any kind of worker rights
