Says she loves "collaboration" and cooperation which means, "Everyone do it my way and do what I say or I will scream at you." Can't partner with others. Always in a battle with peers but nice to their faces. Little backstabber. Insecure and judgy ... because she knows she is not the smartest in the room, but can't handle that. And definitely meaner to females than me and male peers.
She has no business being a Director.
