I wouldnt trust a large mom&pop department store to Nike's current HR org let alone a fortune 500 corp.
- cashiers: all of you are laid off. we replaced you with Gen-AI, delivered by NAO between 2030-2044. who will do the work until than? uhhh get more acn
- butcher: now you are responsible for washing cars in the parking lot.
- floor manager: you go do butchering now, what do you mean by training? oh we give your position as lead floor service to someone from the parking lot because it was in their IDP.
- IT: you are responsible for the parking lot also. what do you mean overqualified? be glad you still have a job.
- accountant: senior principal payment registering executive... yeah you are working on the registers son.
- floor cleaners: you are all outsourced even though we will pay 10x your current salary to our solution partner.
- clown: you are the general manager for cosmetics department now. congrats on totally not being a DEI pick.
- food court: off to the trash compactor you lot.
- sales: outsourced to gen-ai and robots. to be delivered 2050.
- HR: we love you, more compensation
- senior management: we love you even further, even more compensation (plus the clown added to your LT to keep you distracted and happy)
