My least favorite plants in order. Worst is first Oakville, St. Thomas, Chicago, Edison, Atlanta, Twin Cities, St. Louis. Most of those are gone.
Ford should have demolished Oakville and salted the ground it stands on years ago. Preferably with the communists that work there still in it. Sc--w Ford and sc--w Canada too.
@dh Honda already makes cars in Indiana. What they did was decide not to shift it to Mexico in '27 or '28. Let's see if that holds.
Honda already announced that they are shifting Civic production from Mexico to Indiana. They are shifting production to the US to avoid the tariffs. A very smart business decision.

No matter where Ford assembles the trucks, the parts still come from China, and the engineering is either offshored or onshored offshores.

+25% Canadian made tariff vs. 0% American made tariff makes this one a no brainer for the leadership team. The only question is how fast can they get it done. They can make the announcement and Ford stock will rise as will Ford favor with the US customers.
