Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

2025 code of conduct course - required

can they make this any longer? we’ve got outages everywhere, clients leaving us in droves, no staff to support them because they e all been laid off and you make us do a mandatory thing that literally takes several hours to complete i between fire fighting. it times out if you don’t keep touching it. then at the end you have to click a policy. you close that policy and the whole course disappears and you have to start over.

whoever designed and tested this before launching needs a new job

If you need people to help out in your business, call Corp marketing because they have a ton of extra folks hanging around.
That’s if they are not traveling to some useless event.

I love the training courses and specifically the compliance one. I want to help the organization remain committed to being fair, honest, filled with integrity and always doing the right thing.

We can complain about certain things but damaging our reputation, having costly lawsuits and the like are not in our best interest as a company or employees. Our employment depends on it.

Let's not be stupid.

I think it was a complete waste of time but honestly it only took me about 30 minutes.

I think these online trainings are created using child labor, at least that's how I imagine it when I read them. So many miss-spelled words, incorrect punctuation and poor grammer, I made a drinking game out of it.
