BC is by far the worst leader I've worked under at Nike. I've never seen someone be such a bully and fail so many people. Many have complained to HR about him and clearly that didn't matter!

It's easy to whine and complain...takes a bit more effort to actually do what it takes to look within, then make a concerted effort to find employment for yourself elsewhere.
