Aww my poor DEI whiners! I didn’t get job because of DEI. No you didn’t get the job because there are more qualified people. Welcome to the new world where you get a job on knowledge and not ethnicity which has been the norm when a minority tries to move up and gets passed over because they aren’t the right color. More competition. Either accept it or move on!

It’s not about people, it’s about money. I’m not sure why people can’t understand that business is about money.”

We know its about money sherlock holmes. The difference between you and me is that I don’t just dismiss the racism behavior by T as an innocent by product of doing business as usual. See the difference holmes?

I’ve witnessed highly educated and extremely experienced T employees get passed over on a promotion because they didn’t fit a DEI profile. I’ve also watched so called “Boomer” employees get bird dogged for their age, not their skill or merit based attributes. Is that what you’re referring to? I recall our CEO stating T needs a younger workforce, but it was never archived. How convenient. I’m sure we’re all on the page with this? Or, is it something a bit more complicated?

You know, when literally have the country gets their marching orders to boycott a product or service from the DNC unless you by into our nonsense?"

Spelling: is it a lost art? Tune in at 7.

What fraction of the country gets its marching orders from Pres Orange J Felon?

Trump is a product of the popular and electoral college vote. Its stems from half the nation being fed DEI nonsense, no foreign policy, and a wide open southern border. Spending FEMA $ to house illegal aliens instead of providing relief for hurricane victims. I can go on, but it wouldn’t matter to you. I apologize for my grammar, which you astutely pointed out. So, to sum this up and answer your question, Trump got his marching orders from his constituents. He’s there for a reason, which I’m sure you still can’t fathom. Sheryl Crow just virtue signaled the sale of her Tesla, You can’t feel better now. I guess her hate for Orangeman bad is more important than her concern for greenhouse gas and her carbon footprint. Run along now precious, don’t miss the next episode of “The View.”

"Surely you mean the DEI fixation by our CTO and not by the employees here on a layoff board. How is leaderships fixation on DEI any less rabid and not in need of a cure. Just blew your half nutted logic didn’t I little guy."

No, you didn't. What are you even talking about?

No one wanted to deal with the backlash of cancel culture. You know, when literally have the country gets their marching orders to boycott a product or service from the DNC unless you by into our nonsense? That cancel culture. Mob mentality.

Yep, if the company wants to keep the govt contracts, they will have to dump it. Doesn’t mean they aren’t doing it behind closed doors because we know they are.

DEI is simple to understand. Companies put it in place when Biden became President because they want govt contracts. Trumps in office now so they get rid of it. It’s not about people, it’s about money. I’m not sure why people can’t understand that business is about money. If you think any companies C-suite personally believe in DEI, let me clue you in- they don’t.
Additionally, because Biden forced banks to add social items to an annual score companies received that resulted in how they were able to get loans, DEI became a necessary part of their business. That’s no longer required, again, we have a different President.

It's almost like we've been infiltrated with Russian trolls working off MAGA talking points.

Absolutely zero studies showing DEI improves productivity, or morale. And there are actually studies proving the opposite. Yet ATT brain dead leaders followed the herd and wasted millions of dollars on training and hires.
