Looks like we’re hiring (poaching) Sales roles. There was a note going out about paying double referral fees.
Does anyone know if that means the company isn’t able to conduct layoffs?

It feels like voluntary attrition enforced in US by giving the employees low compensation and encouraging locations like Brazil. The environment looks like management wants you to leave as soon as possible so that they don’t have to pay severance .
