I am just curious if anyone else has heard the voice recording that has leaked from NSRL? So apparently a manager and a dir at NSRL were having a confidential HR meeting on zoom when they accidentally start sharing their zoom meeting with the wrong conference room! They can be heard discussing private matters about CFEs! ... Anyone else has seen it on Youtube?

CFEs are tied to loudest/strongest manager in the room (and whether he likes the person or not), nothing to do with performance. This is standard.
But yes directors and up fkin over the folks below them for funsies and toxicity is also, unfortunately, the standard at NSRL.
Not sure if you have heard the recording or not. Yes CFEs are scaled and what not but that recording is particularly disturbing because the director, JB, can be heard mocking the employee. They are discussing to lower CFE to hurt the employee application for a lateral position. Surprisingly enough HR is telling them not to do that! Nike pays six figure salary to a moran that does npt know how to use zoom!
People are acting surprised about CFEs and discussions about/lowering ratings among the powers at be. If you've been at Nike long enough, you know there's typically an allocated amount of highly successfuls or exceptionals given and there's all sorts of politics around who gets what. Ratings are always negotiated and talked about among managers...you can list a billion things you did in your job and it likely won't matter unless you're changing the company or some other huge impact. Not surprised at all this discussion happened...bummer it was recorded. But it happens every year around year-end CFE time.

I have hearr it too. Do not want to share the link here but it is a manager and a director at NSRL who are apparently paid way too much for not knowing how zoom works! In the video you can hear the director even says something in the effect of "oh I thought for a second I am sharing to the wrong conference room!" But proceed to share and broadcast thr meeting anyway! How on earth it has not turned into a lawsuit aganist Nike is beyond me!

I think the reason why people were not able to easily find it because it has been uploalded with the specific names of the managers and not Nike! I see if I can download from youtube and upload in a dropbox with a public link. Disgusting and disturbing to see how people can be double face! And why on earth they broadcasted this zoom meeting?????

I have seen it. Yes, it is two of the managers at NSRL discussing an employee and hoe highly successful she or he is but they insist on giving the person a poor CFE becsuse it seems they applied to a lateral position. Shame for NSRL and so much for keep it tight.
