Curious if the folks put on paid leave a few months back will get a bonus since they are still technically employees. Some managers said they would during notice meetings… hope our former colleagues recorded those calls.
I know staff who were told weeks in advance that they won't be promoted and were also denied their promotions last year too. White or straight who are not in cliques don't get promoted. Same anti white dei garbage under a different name. Its supposed to be performance based and these people have been worked to the bone now because management refused to hire staff last year when they were advised to.
do you have the reading comprehension of a 5 year old? Email clearly indicated bonuses are paid when they said they would be. Raises will also be back dated.
They don’t promote employees who truly deserve it but retain incompetent managers who spend their days responding to emails from their beds and making jokes on Slack. These managers simply issue orders and lack knowledge of WS1. They are old Horizon employees who have never refreshed their technology skills.
Take a look around; these managers have been with the company for over 16 years, waiting for retirement while simultaneously firing great young employees who need jobs.
