its simple math really, I can buy many techs for the cost of one tech in Oregon. Even in Georgia its cheaper, and theres plenty of folks begging for work and willing to take a cut

Really though. Nike’s global workforce model absolutely ruined the company’s spine. Leaders are fighting each other instead of our competition. Departments need to be based in a single geo or else you end up with Ouroboros cannibalization.
My Sr. Director has 4 separate geo’s working for him. I spend more time covering my a-s from sabotage than building up Nike.
My guess would be Georgia. It seems as if ATC management if forcing out WHQ team mates with the end goal of increasing ATC staff. If you sit in WHQ but your managers in ATC, look out.

Why pay for a fancy skydiving instructor? My cousin Cletus used to jump outta helicopters in Irag, and he'll teach you how to jump from the town water-tower for a cold sixer. Boy aint worked in months and he hungry.
