So stressed out this month. All my store is looking for jobs somewhere else. Directors are freaking out about Dupe devices and phones because they don’t want to be on calls, what is happening? Why is everyone afraid?

@1ad+1jp2embh7 a dupe device is the esim add a line. The device is added as a new line to get the free phone promo (3 to 4 line add), and the imei2 is placed on the line that qualified for the upgrade.
What is a dupe device?
It’s the same regurgitation day in and day out, currently on a download call and it’s the same message every day…day after day !! Micromanagers only have calls daily because they don’t know how to coach , manage or lead …isn’t that right director and district manager of northeast teams? Why are we so worried about what other districts or different teams are doing? Why are we competing against each other, why don’t we focus on catching t-mobile ? Oh that’s right, they are kicking the cr-p out of us so we just give up
Ok back to all of SNE and the disfunction micro managing that is happening, think about this …district managers only know how to micromanage because they think that’s what works, they are afraid of failure, they are afraid of how they look, it’s always about them …isn’t that right SNE
