Frank Bisignano was fired by Jamie Dimon for "poor people skills"! He sure showed that weakness here at Fiserv. maybe the worst CEO of all time in terms of ability to connect with employees, horrible!
I think they count contractors in the employee count - that's the only way they can still be saying 40k+
Shouldn't frank have to pay back his bonus/lose unvested stock like his regular peasant employees?
We're underneath 43,000 btw, we're at like 35,000 employees or less now. If you go into your account on workday you can look for a headcount of employees at Fiserv.
