Does GT need to be so big? List some ways we could downsize to be efficient but still maintain our ability to sell products.

Start from top down. What do snr directors do? I have not seen a single strategy or roadmap with KPIs or anything worthwhile coming out my snr director though he probably thinks he's a master tactician. The only way he connects with us is by forwarding emails...that we are already copied on, Like the Nike or org wide email blasts. What an id--t.
Snr directors are the biggest dead weight in. GT. The ex amazon ones are especially bad because they are all walk and no talk. It goes all the way to the top up to and including the CTO.
How many PMs and Service managmnet id--ts do we need? Get rid of CHs org...and bedrock...
Wasnt that the whole idea behind the org tech modernization? 😂 or are we all now realizing that the vp and all under them are inefficient? Well start from that org first -> show some results -> implement across other orgs.
